Vision Statement
To transform Liberia by raising a powerful generation of educated, morally grounded, and purpose-driven young leaders who work together to address the nation’s greatest challenges, create meaningful social impact, and help shape a stronger future for Liberia.
MISSION
Mission Statement
The Vision Leader’s Project assist disadvantaged youth in Liberia with access to quality, affordable education, mentorship, leadership development and character formation. The Vision Leader’s Project empowers youth to discover their purpose, build integrity, overcome barriers, and become responsible leaders who serve their communities, strengthen society, and help shape a better future for Liberia.

Positioning Statement
The Vision Leader’s Project believes that every child deserves a safe, structured, and supportive environment where they can grow academically, socially, morally, and personally. VLP also believes in developing ethical and visionary young leaders who are prepared to solve real-world problems. We are committed to creating an environment that provides the foundation for discipline, confidence, integrity, and purpose-driven leadership. Through education, mentorship, leadership training, faith-inspired values, community partnerships, and youth support, The Vision Leader’s Project seeks to build a network of grassroots leaders who will work collectively to rebuild and strengthen communities, contribute meaningfully to society, and help shape a better future for Liberia.
CORE OBJECTIVES
Core Objectives
- Provide tuitions for vulnerable pupils in Liberia.
- Provide uniforms, books, and other education-related assistance.
- Provide mentorship, leadership training, and life-skills development.
- Partner with faith-based leaders, Higher Educational Institutions, community leaders, and partner organizations to support youth development.
- Create safe, structured, and supportive environments where children and youth can grow academically, socially, morally, and personally.
- Develop a network of young leaders committed to solving problems, serving communities, and contributing to national development.
