VLP also believes in developing ethical and visionary young leaders who are prepared to solve real-world problems. Through education, mentorship, leadership training, faith-inspired values, community partnerships, and youth support, The Vision Leader’s Project seeks to build a network of grassroots leaders who will work collectively to rebuild and strengthen communities, contribute meaningfully to society, and help shape a better future for Liberia.

Our Mission
The Vision Leader’s Project assist disadvantaged youth in Liberia with access to quality, affordable education, mentorship, leadership development and character formation. The Vision Leader’s Project empowers youth to discover their purpose, build integrity, overcome barriers, and become responsible leaders who serve their communities, strengthen society, and help shape a better future.
Our Programs
We provide tuition assistance, school uniforms, books, and other essential learning materials to help vulnerable children overcome financial barriers and gain access to quality education.
We empower young people through mentorship, leadership training, character development, and life skills education, helping them discover their purpose and become responsible, confident leaders.
We work with faith-based leaders, educational institutions, community leaders, and partner organizations to create safe and supportive environments where young people can grow and make a positive impact in their communities.
