We believe that every child deserves more than survival. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, discover their purpose, and become a responsible leader who can serve their family, community, and nation.

Who We Are

The Vision Leader’s Project was created to help break the barriers that prevent disadvantaged youth in Liberia from reaching their full potential. Many children have the desire to learn, the ability to lead, and the heart to become something greater, but they face serious challenges such as financial hardship, lack of school support, limited mentorship, and few opportunities for personal development.

VLP exists to stand with these young people and their families by providing practical educational support, mentorship, leadership training, character formation, and community-based encouragement. Our work is rooted in service, discipline, accountability, integrity, and love for Liberia.

Why We Exist

Liberia’s future depends on the children and youth we invest in today. When a child is kept in school, supported with basic educational needs, mentored with care, and guided with discipline and strong values, that child gains a stronger chance to become a responsible adult, a community leader, and a positive force for change.
The Vision Leader’s Project exists because too many children are left behind not because they lack intelligence or potential, but because they lack support. We believe that with the right guidance, structure, and opportunity, disadvantaged youth can overcome barriers and help shape a stronger future for Liberia.
